With over three decades of experience in sales, financial services, and customer relations, Amy O’Shields brings a distinctive balance of professionalism, integrity, and heart to real estate. Before becoming a Realtor, she built a successful career in the financial and insurance industries, holding Series 7 & 63 registrations, as well as Life & Health licenses, across the country. She led national benefit sales for a global brand and helped take an innovative telemedicine startup coast to coast. However, Amy’s passion for real estate began long before she obtained her license; she bought her first property at 19 and gradually developed into an investor in rental homes over the years. Known for her boundless enthusiasm, reliability, and genuine empathy, Amy approaches every client relationship with a simple philosophy: listen closely, communicate clearly, and advocate fully.

Born into a multi-generational military family, Amy learned early the value of adaptability, discipline, and community. After settling in West Metro Atlanta in 1989, she planted her roots deeply, both personally and professionally. Outside of real estate, Amy’s creative spirit blooms through her passion for flowers and designs. She’s the founder of The Bloomery & Co., a boutique floral studio known for its custom designs.  She loves entertaining friends, reading fireside with a glass of wine, and traveling, often with her beloved service dog, Lucky, by her side. Above all, Amy finds her greatest inspiration in her daughter, whose humor and grace continually remind her what truly matters: home, heart, and human connection.
